PES Collections is an authorized debt recovery channel partner for premier Indian Banks and NBFCs (including ICICI Bank, Axis Bank, Bajaj Finance, Muthoot Finance, etc.). If you received a communication from us, it means your lending institution has assigned your loan account to our specialized desk to assist you in regularizing your overdue balance, avoiding legal escalation, and protecting your CIBIL credit rating.
NO. Absolutely not. Under our strict Zero-Cash Policy and RBI regulations, no PES Collections employee is permitted to receive currency notes, cash, or transfers to personal UPI numbers. All payments must be made exclusively through official bank mobile applications, direct bank portal links, or crossed cheques drawn in the bank's corporate name. Any demand for cash is unauthorized and must be reported immediately to our Grievance Desk.
Every authorized field executive carries a valid laminated corporate ID card bearing the name Payroll Expert Solutions Pvt. Ltd., an employee photo, and an IIBF DRA accreditation reference. Furthermore, they carry an official bank authorization letter. You can also request the representative to trigger a formal verification SMS or bank payment link to your registered mobile number.
As per the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) Fair Practices Code, our representatives are strictly permitted to contact you only between 08:00 AM and 07:00 PM. Our telephony system automatically shuts down all outbound calling at 07:00 PM. If you receive any call after 07:00 PM claiming to be from PES Collections, please report it to grievance@pescollections.com.
Settlement waivers and concession slabs are determined exclusively by your lending bank or NBFC. While our experienced executives can evaluate your financial hardship and submit a formal compromise proposal to the bank's competent authority, we never accept verbal settlements. You must always receive an official, pre-approved Bank Settlement Letter directly on the bank's letterhead before remitting the agreed compromise amount.
Inter-bank banking reconciliation typically takes 24 to 48 working hours. If you have recently made a payment, please share your official 12-digit Bank Transaction UTR number or bank payment receipt with our caller or email it to info@pescollections.com. Once verified with the bank's daily electronic ledger, your account will be immediately flagged as cleared.
A notice under the SARFAESI Act, 2002 is a statutory legal notice regarding a secured loan (such as a home loan or loan against property) that has turned into a Non-Performing Asset (NPA). Section 13(2) gives the borrower 60 days to repay the full outstanding balance. If default continues, Section 13(4) empowers the secured creditor to take symbolic or physical possession of the mortgaged asset. You should urgently contact our legal desk or your bank officer to explore regularizing the loan or completing a mutually agreed closure before possession proceedings commence.
